Ensureclientssafetyandsecuritybysupervisingthehomeenvironment.
Teach/performmealplanningandpreparation,routinehousekeepingactivitiessuchasmaking/changingbeds,dusting,vacuuming,washingfloors,cleaningkitchenandbathroom,andlaundry.
Provide companionship including social interactions, conversations, emotional reassurance andencouragementof activitiesthat stimulate themind.
Providesrespitecareforfamiliesinaccordancewithcareplans.
Perform/assistwithessentialshopping/errands,whichmayincludehandlingtheclientsmoneyinaccordancewiththecareplanandunderthe observationoftheSupervisor.
Assistclientswithfollowingawritten,specialdietplanandreinforcementofdietmaintenance,whichisprovidedunderthedirectionof aPhysicianandas identifiedonthecare plan.
Escortclientstomedicalfacilities,errands,shoppingandoutingsasspecifiedinthecareplan.
Assistclientswithcommunicationbywritingortypingcorrespondenceforthemorresearchinginformationfor them.
ParticipateontheCareTeambyprovidinginputandmakingsuggestions.
Ensureserviceisdeliveredinaccordancewithallrelevantpolicies,proceduresandpractices.
